results!! 8D

aieee!! the results for district orchestra came out and GUESS WHAT? i got in!! XD 7th chair, which means i'll be sitting on the VERY EDGE of the orchestra and i'll definitely be able to see the crowd and the crowd will be able to see ME!! (hooray)

i totally winged the scales part of the audition since i lost my scales sheet and they ran out of copies. blehblehbleh. not my fault.

so now im ranked 11th overall, and at my school im second highest violin chair only to this sevvie named kayla shim, who is pretty good by the way. shes ranked 9th overall and on the score i got 171 and she got 173 (out of 200).

which is REALLY GOOD. :)

im sitting next to this guy named edward chung and ive known him ever since i moved to his elementary school but i never knew he was gonna come 2 my middle school. i swear, his voice got SO DEEP after just two years. i still remember his little baby boy voice. x)

oh and my friend hyo jung (aka aria) kim is a violist and she got a whopping 200/200 which has like NEVER happened before in the violas. DAYAMN. right after her is emily hwang (who goes to our school) with a score of 199.2, and the next girl named rachel chon also goes to our school and has a score of 198. FIRST THREE VIOLAS ALL FROM OUR SCHOOL!! of course youre jealous. XD

dudez. i feel so happy for them cuz theyre like legit good and they totally deserve the first three seats.

and theres this guy named brian kim who is really really good at violin but he just never tries so big loss for him. hes even better than kayla shim and he ended up in the middle of second violin section in our orchestra because he didnt care about our school seats. i never saw wether he auditioned or not and if he got in or not.

but im so glad that my results were really good compared to last year. last year i think i got a score of 149 or something like that. eww.....

HOORAY HOORAY I GOT IN!!
